In a recent video uploaded by Renaissance Periodization, the Exercise Scientist talks about Chris Bumstead’s training methods. Coming true to his criticizing nature, he pointed out something that the training of the bodybuilding legend lacked.

Showing some leniency because of Bumstead’s proven track record, Dr. Mike Israetel said, “Grading a Mr Olympia is very difficult because he just better than all of us.”

Complementing Chris Bumstead’s ripped body, he said, “I’m not grating his physique which to me is a 12 out of 10, it’s revolutionary. It’s, um, changing the structure of our sport literally.”

Even though he could not neglect the prowess of the body of Chris Bumstead, he demonstrated his logical analysis with related to the legend’s leg training. According to Dr. Israetel, the bodybuilder came true to his expectations on many things such as great on the basics, good foundational control, and awesome arrangement of the exercise.
