In a recent Instagram post, the exercise scientist uploaded a video on his official Instagram channel to share his opinion about maingaining. The anger was evident on his face when he said, “If you’re gaining a pound of muscle a year, f**k, there’s a very good chance that won’t happen.” Iterating further, he said “If I had only done this earlier and purposefully tried to gain weight and didn’t fall for the main gaining or gain training, then I would have not f**king spined my wheels as much.”
