“Everywhere Is a Reminder of Him”: Days After Fitness Icon Joesthetics’ Demise, Bodybuilding Icon Announces an Emotional Update

The tragic death of German bodybuilder, Jo Lindner, has left a void that the whole industry is still struggling to process. However, amidst this collective grief, another bodybuilding icon and close friend of Lindner, Noel Deyzel, stands out as a symbol of profound mourning.

Five days after the untimely demise of Lindner, Noel Deyzel took to Instagram to share his raw emotions and pay tribute to his best friend. The South African bodybuilding icon recently made headlines with his latest Instagram story as he panned down his thoughts and heartfelt emotions. 

Noel Deyzel penned down his thoughts ongoing to Thailand

In a short but heartfelt note, Deyzel expressed the intensity of his grief and the profound impact Lindner had on his life. Deyzel’s post revealed that he is currently in Thailand, a place he would never have visited if it hadn’t been for Lindner’s introduction. Every corner of the city now serves as a reminder of their shared experiences, making the grieving process even more challenging for Deyzel. “Everywhere is a reminder of him which doesn’t make it easier”, he wrote in the story. 

Expressing gratitude for the privilege of knowing Joe, Deyzel highlighted how his life was forever changed by their friendship. Joe not only impacted Deyzel’s fitness journey but also played a significant role in introducing him to the beauty of Thailand, adding even more weight to the sorrow Deyzel currently experiences. “I would have never come here if it wasn’t for Jo introducing the place to me”, he added.

While Deyzel acknowledges the pain he is currently enduring, he remains hopeful that, with time, he will be able to heal. He openly acknowledged Lindner’s efforts to share his life experiences with him and the rest of the world, highlighting his generosity and willingness to help others.“I still keep checking my phone waiting for your reply so we can meet at the gym,” the South African fitness star wrote. 

He shared that joesthetics had been noticeably happy in the days leading up to the sudden and tragic event. Noel’s tribute serves as a testament to the impact Jo had on those around him, and the void his absence has left in the lives of his loved ones and the bodybuilding community at large.
