The bodybuilding champion uploaded a series of Instagram stories, beginning with a post by ESPN. The post displayed a prediction made on May 15th, stating that the Miami Heat had a 3% chance of winning, while the Boston Celtics had a 97% chance of winning.
He started the video by saying ?So yeah, that post..umm… you know it made me think for a little bit because I remember those predictions and everybody talking tra** about Miami Heat.? He also says ?It?s really cool to see Miami go to beating down and actually get the job done.?

He also taught a lesson by pulling an example from the critics. The IFBB pro explained, ?If I was playing, I?ll tell all my teammates you can?t care about the newspaper?.
Phil gives an important message
In the last story, he says, ?So, the message is clear guys focus on what you want in life and understand that noise is going to come,? asking ?What do you want and what you wanna do right now?? He ended the Instagram story. He ends it by advising you to listen to your own ?vibrations? and not care what people say.
