Being raised in a biracial family, Neill has been open about her struggles when she first arrived in the UK from Ghana. “I did struggle sometimes with my identity as I was raised in a white family but I always had that feeling of being treated slightly differently by my extended family,”?said?Neill. After her marriage breakdown, while suffering from depression, she turned to fitness during her late 40s and fell in love with the journey. It was during this time that she realized that there is little to no information available on the internet currently for women in their late 40s.
