Chris Bumstead is a five-time Mr. Olympia winner and is one of the best bodybuilding champions in the industry. The man is incredible and has always consistently improved himself with his perseverance and with the help of the best coach in bodybuilding Hany Rambod, who has 24 Mr Olympia titles under his belt. Both of them are more than coaches and trainees because they share an unspeakable bond.

Recently, the legendary coach wished his best pupil a happy birthday on his 29th birthday with a heartfelt video on Instagram.

The video started with the most iconic moment where CBum was declared to be the 5th time Mr Olympia Classic Physique Champion. The clippings showed the veteran coach’s expression and how happy he was and almost in tears when Bumstead came down with the Olympia Sandow Trophy and the medal. Then the video followed with some amazing pictures of both of them together and some training sessions out of many that they have together.

Rambod captioned the post saying, “Happy Birthday to the Mens Classic Physique GOAT 🐐@cbum 🥳🥳🥳It’s difficult to put into words what makes this human being special but the words genuine, good-natured, wholesome and kind are first to come to mind. Besides being a Champion on the stage you’re an even better person off the stage Chris. Love you brother, Happy Birthday 🥳🥳🥳 and see you next week in Dallas! 💪👑👑👑👑👑.”

Even Bumstead wished Hany Rambod on his 49th birthday with a heartfelt post on Instagram. But there was one funny catch where he might remember his birthday but not something else.

Cbum did not remember his coach’s age

Previously he posted photographs of his coach scrutinising his muscular poses. The images were taken during the preparation for 2023 Mr Olympia. He wrote in the caption, “The Birthday Boy @hanyrambod,” and also tagged his coach. However, the five-time Mr. Olympia winner did not have any idea how old Rambod was.

He joked, “The stress I caused you the last couple of years probably sped things up a bit.” After the hilarious birthday wish, one of the best coaches in the bodybuilding world, who also trained Phil Heath, gave an equally funny response.

“I was on my way to growing back hair until I met you,” the 49-year-old added as the punchline. So the relationship is more than just a coach and their trainee. Here’s wishing the five-time Mr Olympia Champion an amazing birthday.
