In the video, the former professor shared that soy has “compounds” that act as estrogen in the body. He also unveiled a fun fact. Estrogen is “anabolic” to muscle tissues, especially when testosterone is present in the body. According to the Exercise Scientist, estrogen helps with muscle and strength gains.

Israetel called out the guys who criticize soy and said,” If you’re a dude, just f*****g guy, man, just an X Y chromosome in every f******g cell of my body except from my germline one of the other Anyway, I never touched f****n soy, bro, because estrogen is bad. Bad bulls*it.”

The Exercise Scientist explained,” Estrogen is what makes men manlier if testosterone is present, so unless your testicles fall off, soy is fuckin dope.” He disclosed that consuming soy will not turn you into a biological female.

Not only did Exercise Scientist unveil the myth behind the consumption of estrogen, but seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger also did the same previously in his newsletter.

Instead, it only showcased the potential benefits of consuming soy.
