In a recent Instagram post, the star athlete offered precious advice about a basic regime that can apparently prevent future injuries or risks, particularly while aging.?

Hearn shared a snippet of himself discussing how he has abided by it for decades and also advises the same to his clients. Besides that, the icon also addresses the fact that people assume warmups are focused on muscle groups only however, that?s not the case for this bodybuilding titan.?

Taking to his Instagram yesterday, the 54-year-old athlete talked about his objective of doing warm-ups. He said it is not really to merely get a warmup or a pump but to ?self-check the body? and also the joints, ligaments, and everything else that requires attention ahead of training full-fledged.?

Specifically speaking, he pointed at reverse curls as being a tough exercise for people, particularly after their 30s. ?The first couple of reps on the reverse curl, which is a tough one for people to do and it?s especially tough after you are 30, is there?s so many things that happen when you reverse, you could self-diagnose any possible future injury,? O?Hearn noted.?

The American pro once again emphasized others to not perform exercises to simply get a warm-up but rather be conscious of the body and its response to the workouts. Furthermore, O?Hearn added that he has been following this tactic for 25 years now, primarily to check if there?s anything out of place, ?possible injuries..or future problems.? Likewise, he once shared eye-opening advice on achieving success.?

He urged others to step out of their comfort zone and embrace life because that is how many experts attained optimum success in their lives. ?You cannot just be sitting down at the bleachers and contemplate?, he wrote.?

Another aspect of his motivation was to surround oneself with like-minded people who contemplate great ambitions in life. Besides that, O?Hearn did not deny the fact that there would be no haters along the way. ?They will shake you and try to bring you down. ?But how strong you stand, is what makes you,? the athlete added.?
