While many follow evidence-based fitness-related principles influenced by modern science to lead a happy and healthy life, Liver King proposes to look no further than the ancestral lifestyle surrounding nature. However, he recently endorsed modern gym instruments Shake Weights. “Shake Weight technology here now, changes the game, and ushers promise to dominate 2024!” Liver King declared in his post.

King suggests that the workout regime is based on principles that can assure great results. Progressive overload, the biological law of accommodation and shake muscle fibers are some of the benefits of Shake Weights, the icon noted. However, his post also contradicts his earlier endorsement, as he suggests that you don’t need “fancy gym equipment” as your body in itself is a “goddam machine.”

Earlier, advising people to use their body to build that ripped physique, Liver King had recommended hitting those push-ups before dinner. According to the influencer, one can add pull-ups, squats, lunges, burpees, and broad jumps to the routine. Even though such advice of his had impressed his fans, the Shake Weight endorsement seems to have backfired.

A Consumer Reports study suggested that Shake weights don’t offer more muscle activity than traditional exercises. The fitness community also believes the same. “This dude has not, and will never, use a Shake Weight to get in shape and is a complete sell out for endorsing something so useless,” wrote an irritated fitness enthusiast. “How is liverscammer gonna talk about “go earn it” when all he does is scam ppl,” cried another.
A follower mocked the primal fitness influencer and said, “No matter what, we’ll remember this guy as among the top jokers.” While another pointed out, “Hard to tell where the steroids finish and the man starts.” “Ab implants and supplements. What a crock of sh*t,” wrote a disgusted fan.

Liver King’s lifestyle may excite some, but his out-of-the-box fitness endorsements can sometimes get to the nerves of the netizens. However, that doesn’t seem to have had an effect on his immense popularity on the internet.
