Dr. Stefi Cohen took to her official Instagram account @steficohen and shared a series of pictures of herself revealing her secret desire of having a biopic made someday. She looks stunningly hot in all the pictures, posing effortlessly in a black co-ord set paired with grey sneakers.

In the caption, Dr. Cohen wrote, “If a movie was made of your life, what genre would it be and who would play you? I’ll start. Mine would be a comedy and Jennifer Lopez would play me. 😂😅”. The powerlifter shared how she thinks that the Pop Queen will be the most suitable person to play her role.
What makes Dr. Stefi Cohen stand out among the other powerlifters is her deep knowledge of the sport and her years of experimenting with food and exercises. She uses her social media to share her knowledge with her followers and once even shared why it is mandatory to upper the protein intake for an athlete.

Dr. Stefi Cohen talks about the importance of taking protein
The powerlifter turned boxing sensation once shared a humorous video where she reveals why it is important to take protein powder. She states that the American diet is not primarily protein based, which is the most important component of growth. She wrote, “Upping your protein intake will only make you feel, perform AND look better.”
She further added that while consuming food, it is important to add and preserve as much lean body muscle as one can, which is why it is very important to increase the level of protein intake for an individual. She even suggested the protein dosage for an individual, “The easiest way to make sure you’re eating enough protein is incorporating it into every meal 20-40g per meal 3-4 times per day (depending on your body weight you might have to increase that amount per meal) but you get the picture.”
