Willy Murphy has already been introduced to the fitness community three decades ago. She has always been passionate about?bodybuilding?and powerlifting, and even at the age of 86, the woman does not seem to slow down. She proves that age is just a number and she can do more push-ups than probably a 30-year-old.

Her brave story again resurfaced because of 13WHAM who were also the first outlet to reveal her brief action in 2019, and make her a sensation overnight. She said to the news outlet recently, “I get so many strangers just giving me hugs. Sometimes I don?t know how to react because guess what, everybody thinks I?m more than what I am, but I?m just me.? Murphy attacked the intruder with all her might.

According to?ABC news affiliate WHAM, when the intruder broke into her house, she was already armed with whatever she had in front of her hands. Surprisingly, the powerlifter picked up a table and she later narrated the story and said, ?I went to work on him, and guess what? The table broke!?

The action sequence is not over yet. Just like in the movies, Murphy did not let go of the intruder lest, he jumped on her, and she in turn started pouncing on the man on the floor, grabbed her phone, and called 911. Murphy is not only physically strong but also has a lightning-fast presence of mind. There was a shampoo bottle next to the phone and she picked up the shampoo bottle and put the whole product on the man?s face so that he was blocked for a while. Murphy proudly stated,? ?I had done a number on that man. I?m serious? he was happy when he went in the ambulance.?
