As the interview almost came to an end, Danner says, “If you lose that drive, it’s very hard to get back on the train… how you show up becomes really important to life.” As a reply, Zane reveals his G=EARN formula.
He cares to decipher the equation minutely. To Frank Zane, G signifies the Goal, and it equals how it is accomplished. Thus, he states, E stands for the Exercises, “combination of weight training, stretching, aerobics imposing”, while A is the attitude toward one’s own words and consequent actions. R, on the other hand, represents relaxation. Last, but not least, his N portrays nutrition, as he believes in “eating the right combination of protein, fat and carbohydrates”.

He claims, “I am always taking supplements and uh you know I think it’s a good thing to do that”.
