Transform your squats, eliminate knee pain, and isolate quads.” Moreover, he commences the video by saying, “Well this is the device I came up with a couple of years ago, I call it a Leg Blaster.” Zane used this device for training in his Olympia days to perform squats without any pain in the knee.

Furthermore, he continues by saying, “And I squatted heavy for many years, toward the end I started getting knee pain and lower back injuries. This device enables you to squat and have your hands free, so you can hold on here to these handles and do sort of like a sissy squat. Where you lean back I just squat and go rock bottom and then not quite all the way up.” Hence, because of Leg Blaster, it became very easy to perform squats with heavy weights without getting any back injuries.

While Zane replied by quoting, “No just hold on with my arms I don’t want to pull myself up with my arms, they’re just like hooks holding on.” Moreover, the device was better than a barbell squat in terms of motion.
