Even with such a massive food budget, his nutritionist advised him to eat even more to achieve his super giant physique. Despite already eating, six times a day, Coleman was told he needed to increase his intake.

His nutritionist suggested adding 4 or 5 more ounces to each meal. Although following this advice helped him bulk up, he admitted that it was tough to eat so much food, but he did it anyway. Despite juggling his job and bodybuilding at the time, Coleman had to wake up in the middle of the night to complete his meal quota.
