Mike O’Hearn however, does not only give competition but inspires aspiring amateur bodybuilders.
The 54-year-old bodybuilder has proved his skills and capabilities several times on the internet. With his youthful look still persisting, O’Hearn has earned 7 Fitness Model of the Year titles and has appeared in several movies. Known as the “Titan”, O’Hearn has yet again shown his fans how to incline press.

Mike O’Hearn recently shared a video of him on his Instagram account. In the video, the bodybuilding beast has smoothly incline pressed as much as 400lbs. The bodybuilder has always made his achievements and the process public for his fans to follow and learn. And despite getting accused of not being a natty, O’Hearn can not be questioned in terms of his passion for fitness which makes him do the extraordinary.

The bodybuilding beast wrote in his caption, “It’s not that you do it, it’s how you do it.” He has been open about his methods of approaching fitness and has always celebrated the idea of the journey that leads to the goal. Mike O’Hearn thus glorifies his journey and not the end results of incline presses.
