IFBB Pro Bodybuilding coach Greg Doucette has suspicions about bodybuilder Tystin Lee’s insane bulking session. He recently put on 40 lbs in just 10 months, putting on more muscle in this short period than in the last 5 years of his fitness journey. According to Doucette, Lee couldn’t have done the bulking naturally. His personal opinion was that the fitness sensation not only went on bulk but also took a good cycle of PEDs.
Greg Doucette recently took to his official YouTube channel and shared a video, talking about it. He took up one of Lee’s diets and broke it down. He said, “This is Trystin Lee bulking on some Mega high-calorie diet. I’m looking and I’m hardly seeing any food and calories on that plate.”

The plate contained 100 grams of cucumbers, 124 grams of rice, and 4 ounces of Salmon. Doucette says that he could eat double that food and be hungry even before lunchtime. That surely is very little for someone who wants to rigorously put on a lot of muscles. He added, “And so how is he bulking, putting on all this muscle, eating bird food?”

Greg Doucette even shared how he has been mentioning in a lot of his previous videos the need for Trystin Lee to go on bulking. He had below 5% of body fat and thus it was important to do a good bulking session. Further in the video, he even calls out him and Noel Deyzel and shares why he thinks they are unfit to compete.
Greg Doucette believes Trystin Lee and Noel Deyzel have body dysmorphia
Greg Doucette points out how even another bodybuilding icon Noel Deyzel has been on and off st*roids, but just like Lee, does not accept it openly. Shedding light on how bodybuilders are often asked about their next competition, he says, “I don’t think that Noel Deyzel, nor Trystin Lee should ever step on a bodybuilding stage.” According to the IFBB Pro, while many of the athletes get into the professional world to compete, some of them like Noel Deyzel and Trystin Lee get into it only to make up for their insecurities.
