American actor and stand-up comedian, Kevin Hart’s accident, is getting a lot of attention in the world of bodybuilding. Hart met with a horrible accident in August 2023. He updated his followers about this incident through social media. To keep his injuries from getting worse, doctors recommended him to use a wheelchair for a few weeks.

The 44-year-old comedian uploaded a video post on Instagram with the latest update on his injuries. His fans and fellow actors wished him a speedy recovery. Everyone wants him to feel better soon. Among his well-wishers was a 7-time Mr. Olympia champion, who also left a lighthearted but cautionary comment on his post.

In a video post, the father of four admitted that it all started with a bet, where he and former New England Patriots Stevan Ridley decided to race in a 40-yard dash. “We got out there, and we go run the 40-yard dash. Guys, I blew all my s**t”, said Kevin.

After Hart’s confession on social media, a former bodybuilder Phil Heath, commented on the post which was captioned, “I got to be the dumbest man alive!!!!!” Heath said, “Not that we need the video but we need that video Kev just as a reminder for us over 40 cats 😂”. Striking more as a fun jab than a sympathetic one, the bodybuilder’s reply to his post explains that nobody needs a video of how it happened. However, it would serve well as a reminder for those who are over 40 and still want to do an activity that may cause serious injuries.

The IFFB Pro bodybuilder has had major surgeries in the past when he used to compete. In one of his old interviews, he talked about how he went through a double hernia, intestinal strangulation, and diastasis recti where needed titanium staples to help him heal. He had to rest for almost six months, which left him devastated because he could not exercise during the period. Quite clearly, Phil Heath understood the gravity of Kevin Hart’s injuries – which the latter listed off in the post!

The comedian detailed the cause of his injuries further. He added, “Tore my lower abdomen, my abductors are torn. I don’t even know what that is, but I tore them. I tore those too. I can’t walk.” He mentioned that he had some injuries, but he didn’t know exactly what they were. The entertainer further added that he was going to be in a wheelchair for six to eight weeks because he could not walk presently because of a foolish attempt at activities meant for younger people.

Hart expressed his feelings and advised his viewers that when you turn 40 or get older, it’s important to be respectful of your age. If you don’t show respect, life will teach you to do so. It means that as you grow older, you’ll realize the importance of taking care of yourself – echoing the crux of Phil Heath’s cautionary comment.
