Bodybuilding legend Mike O’Hearn’s passion for lifting weights while challenging and enhancing physical intensity has not lost steam even at the age of 54. He has still maintained his chiseled body with a disciplined diet and hard-core exercises. The Mr. Universe even went the extra mile to give to call out those who give up early on their fitness, justifying age as the major hurdle. 

The bodybuilding Titan has been on his 30-Day Blitz training routine, through which he targets every body part with a dedicated lifting approach. Recently, he has highlighted the importance of effective training along with the fact that it is never too late to start doing productive things for the body. On his show, he came up with a real-life instance, of of someone who started training a few weeks before he celebrated his 40th birth anniversary.

In a recent video uploaded by Mike O’Hearn’s YouTube channel, the bodybuilding legend showed a perfect live example in front of those who make excuses and easily give up on their fitness journey. Taking a dig at those people, O’Hearn said, “Funny thing is they go I don’t want to risk injury. Dude you risk injury at 18, 20. Age doesn’t make a difference it’s how your body is.

Following this, he talked about a man who did not give much importance to age and started training with O’Hearn to reach the peak of his fitness and health. Posing a question, the Titan asked him, why did you do it differently than everybody else ” 

Answering the question, he said that he wanted to achieve an elite level because, according to him, if he is ever going to do anything, then it has to be the hardest way to do it. This may not be the first time O’Hearn has had such a powerful influence on people. Recently, he did high-intensity leg training with 400 lbs, leaving the fitness world stunned.

In a recent Instagram post, O’Hearn was seen doing a leg workout with 400lbs, maintaining great posture. He performed many reps of squatting and expressing his love for intensity, he said, “I freaking love this stuff.”

Writing in the caption, he said that this was one of the most difficult squats he’s done in his life.
