On Twitter, ‘Fascinating’ posted a black-and-white photo and training schedule of Bruce Lee from the past. The exercise list dated May 27, 1965, is going viral for its intensive exercises. The photo also mentions the name of his institute called “Hak Kueng Gymnasium.” In 1965, the Dragon was just 23 years old. However, the champion had already starred in more than twenty films and opened his own martial arts training institute by that time. By 1966, Lee wrote a book on his unique martial arts form called “Jeet Kun Do” but did not publish it immediately. Jeet Kun Do is a distinctive training method that Lee created by merging martial arts philosophy with street-style combat.
