‘The Mutant’ captioned the post saying, ?Why you have small legs!!! Control the weight!!!!!!!!!? This gives a signal that, the video is going to talk about gaining those quads and the right way to do it.

Nick explains in the video, ?If you are one of those guys that think they can completely stack this entire Arsenal hacks squad. The odds are you have small legs. Because you?re not contracting, I have seen many people try and stack this entire thing. Legs wide like this and they?re like their quads aren?t there.?

So, to gain the quads, Nick suggested, ?Drop the ego, lower the weight, put the feet a little closer, a little lower on the platform, and contract the quads as hard as you can.?

Walker explained the process of the exercise, saying, ?Keep it narrow, contract the quads and slowly work your way back up and that?s how your quads grow.? Just like in this video, Nick has talked about legs days before as well, sighting the importance of strong quads.

The legend has a strenuous workout regime.?He previously posted a photo?of him doing a full-range leg press and captioned it, ?They want big legs. We will give them big legs.?

He was seen flexing every muscle in his legs to make his veins visible. Fans were floored by the post and astonished at his symmetry. So, the advice coming from Nick about quads might be effective for bodybuilding athletes who want to grow their legs.
