IFBB beast, Jay Cutler has kept the bodybuilding community on its toes as his 12-week transformation challenge, Fit for 50, nears its end. With the aim of transforming his life by gearing up on his health priorities, physical or mental, the former champion intends to influence the same on his fans. Primarily focusing on his diet, he shared the constant items that make up his day. Surprisingly, he once took up a diet comprising 6000 calorie intake per day and was successful.

A recent post on YouTube, shared by JayCutler TV, displayed Cutler following his routine for the day, Jaywalking. While on that, he opened up about his diet regime at the moment, which involves a lot of eggs.?

As per the interview, the 49-year-old athlete chatted with his cameraman, on a range of topics relating to his diet and weight. Initially, he recalled being 310 lbs during his prime and confessed that it is not something he is prioritizing now. Cutler is aiming for a more balanced way of life, with enough food and workouts.?

Hence, revealing his go-to diet to maintain his shredded proportions, the American pro said, ?I?m drinking a lot of egg whites right now, a couple of whole eggs in the morning? further adding that he often ends up packing them to his office. Besides, egg whites, Cutler eats Trifecta meat, Bison meat, and chicken steaks, to add to his proteinaceous nutrition.?

Besides that, for carbs, the 5?11 athlete consumes rice and potatoes. ?lately I ve been using the air fryer and been slicing white potatoes”, he added. During the discussion of gains and mass, he disclosed that pasta is the best food to get bigger. Similarly, a previous update on his social last month insinuated his strict diet.?

Last month, the athlete took to his Instagram to share a snippet from his prime competing days, featuring his breakfast platter. As per reports, Cutler once spent millions on his diet to bolster his performance on stage. He claimed that at a certain point; he didn?t care what the food tastes like, he simply ate to gain calories.?

His Fit for 50 challenge diet is a comparatively lower version of the same diet, as implied by his post. ?Fit for 50 starts today. Let?s get it ?? Cutler wrote in the caption while he could be heard explaining his past diet. He said, ?100 carbs of Ezekiel cereal, 60 carbs of bread, 15 egg whites, and 1 whole egg here. And uh?3 pieces of turkey bacon.?
