Bodybuilding veteran Dorian Yates had an esteemed career. From 1992 to 1997, Yates championed and won 6 Mr Olympia trophies. He believed in high-intensity training or HIT philosophy to maintain his powerful physique. However, with age and time, the body gets exhausted and needs other forms of training to be fit. Yates also suffered injuries causing chronic pain while training.

Recently Dorian shared an Instagram post where he shared the extensive workout he does for a fit body. Yates does a workout recommended by top celebrities and had found benefit with it.

In the new Instagram post, Yates shared pictures of his workouts to keep his body fit. The Shadow, wrote, ?As I?ve always said, health and fitness will forever be a part of my life. I want to optimize my body for longevity.?

Yates has sought out Pilates which is one of the go-to workouts done by celebrities such as Kendall Jenner, Jennifer Aniston, Harry Styles, and Hailey Bieber. Dorian gave the details of his workout and said, ?So, in addition to still training with weights once or twice per week, I?ve incorporated many other forms of exercise like yoga, biking, hiking, and Pilates to name just a few.?

Along with Pilates, Yates also has a special workout machine that he uses for his workouts. Explaining the same he wrote, ?So here on my inversion machine at home for spinal decompression therapy for lumbar health, I do this twice per week.? By incorporating these exercises, The Shadow is looking after the longevity of his body for a long time to come.

During a?2019 interview, Yates?revealed that he started yoga and said,??I got to work on my mobility, my flexibility, started looking to yoga.??Along with that, he focused on his cardiovascular health by hiking and using his body as a vehicle.

This helped him get rid of the chorionic pain to live a healthy life. The Englishman?s multi-dimensional approach to fitness has done wonders for his body. After taking a fitness test, he found that his present biological age is ?30-39 years? because of diverse training exercises.
