Life can sometimes change completely after a near-death experience, and that is what happened to Kali Muscle when he went through a severe heart attack in 2021. Since then, the bodybuilder turned his life around. The social media icon gave up on his previous lifestyle completely and left PED consumption. Muscle switched to an all-healthy fruit diet and went on various fruitarian diets including a watermelon fast and an apple fast. Owing to such eccentricities, Muscle is often the talk of the bodybuilding town now.

However, the fitness influencer knows what it is like to wait till the end to change your life. So in his recent video, he advised others not to repeat the same mistake as he did.

In a short YouTube video, Muscle asked fans to not be late in recognizing the negative aspects of their lifestyle. He started the video by saying, “Everybody waiting till they almost die to change their life” while admitting that he was one of those people who waited till the last moment and knew in his heart that he would not be able to hold on much longer in the pursuit of building muscle. According to him, he considered this unsustainable as well.

Muscle further explained how, later, he decided to cut some weight. “And I made a change right before the health scare, I started dropping weight ’cause you already know,” he revealed. Many still do not understand the gravity of the problem, the fitness influencer explained. He brought in the example of how many of his friends, who are 400lbs, tell him that they are fine and never had a heart attack.
