Muscle opines that cardio training gets the heart pumping, which is extremely good for overall health. “Don’t get fat; don’t get over muscular, stay lean, mean,” added the influencer. However, Muscle believes that the wrong diet can be more harmful than steroids, as it is the primary reason for heart attacks. Muscle advises followers to be mindful of what they are eating. Reading nutrient lists of packaged food and getting to know one’s diet requirements through allergy tests is one way to go.
