Kali Muscle is known for following a fruitarian diet and often fasting for days, but he was not always like this. In the past, Muscle used to eat all sorts of junk food and even muck-banged KFC and used PEDs. Then, after having a heart attack in 2021 and getting his arteries clogged, he engaged in a transformative lifestyle change.
Revealing the current state he is in, Muscle captioned his video “I Don’t Like Eating” and uploaded it to his Instagram account. He shared his dietary habits and gave insights about his clean-bulk warnings about American food.

“I’m to the point now that I just don’t like eating.” Muscles explained why he was eating less these days. According to the influencer, he ate a few dates and an apple and had a lentil meal the day before, giving him one thousand calories for his clean bulk. “That is just how it rolls in my life—just being clear-minded, focused, no gut issues, no bowel issues.” The fitness influencer added how many people don’t know the struggles of what it is to live with all these issues.

Muscle shed light on the fact that he was a messenger and shared his experience. He also highlighted a shocking fact, saying that “nine times out of 10, you’re going to die of a health issue,” blaming American food.
He further emphasized on how he and CT Fletcher were the only people who continued to shed light on harmful diets and advocate for a healthy transformation, among the bodybuilders who had gotten a heart attack. While Muscle now treads on a better path, the Old Muscle’s lifestyle led him to a $40,000 treatment.

Kali Muscle had gone through stem-cell therapy, like Ronnie Coleman and Chris Bumstead. Muscles, alongside fellow bodybuilder C.T. Fletcher, went to Las Vegas to have the treatment. The fitness influencer talked about having top-notch Grade A IV stem cell therapy for his clogged arteries to rejuvenate the damaged part of his heart.
The doctor explained the procedure, saying, “We’re going to give you an IV, or intravenous infusion. Put stem cells into that so they’ll infuse through your body.” The doctor used mesenchymal umbilical cord stem cells sourced from the umbilical cords of healthy mothers. The influencer asked C.T. about the time frame for noticing the effects. C.T. instantly replied,” Almost immediately.”
