Over the past few weeks, the athlete has been facing backlash on his physique, mainly encircling his size.?

Hence, in cognizance of the issue, Big Ramy was featured on ‘The Menace Podcast’ with host Dennis James and other guests like Milos Sarcev and Chris Cormier. The video was officially shared on Muscle and Fitness?s YouTube channel, in which a candid conversation depicted the athlete expressing his concern on the matter.?

Per the YouTube interview shared on the platform, the 38-year-old seemed irked by the ongoing criticism of his proportions. As the discussion went on his training regimen, James brought up the controversy about his build. Months after Mr. Olympia’s head judge, Steve Weinberger,?commented on Ramy?s physique?being??extremely dangerous,??James pointed out that Dave Palumbo?s rant about Ramy’s training, giving him advice on?bodybuilding?with weights or going heavy, was absurd.

?Dave is basically saying that Ramy is all these muscles because he trains wrong,??James added. Therefore, participating in the serious discussion, the athlete in question himself chimed in with a question. While mentioning that he holds unhindered respect for all, but couldn?t come to terms with the fact that people criticize??things??that they haven?t even seen.?

?And sometimes they say, okay Ramy is too big, and the second day they said Ramy is small, I don?t know guys I?m a big or small,??he pondered. Furthermore, the IFBB champion added that before winning, his frame was marked as??too big,??asking him to downsize, whereas after doing it, remarks surfaced,??he must come bigger like before.??He urged others to be genuine by saying, ?Be honest guys. Be honest.??Similarly, Ramy’s physique bothered the head judge of Mr. Olympia, Weinberger once.?

While not deeming him as being overconfident, he presumed that an over-diet could have resulted in his downsizing. Hence, Weinberger stated, ?He?s starting to look a little lean, which could hurt his shape? or come in too big like last year.?
