Countless individuals can relate to Baena’s recent TikTok video, where he shared his struggles with working out on a weekend. After a stressful and busy week, people often give in to the temptation of socializing and relaxation, skipping their training sessions. Posting a TikTok on this topic, Baena jokingly wrote in the caption, “I know what I have to do, but I don’t know if I have the strength to do it.”
The voiceover on the video said, “Oh come on…I know you. You know you. And I know you know that I know you.” Explaining the context, the text on the video reads, “My inner dialogue when doing cardio on a Friday night and the “let’s go out” texts start rolling in…”

After all, it is a lifter’s consistency that leads him to his dream physique.
