However, he also shared a thought-provoking caption that offered valuable advice to the fitness enthusiast, who was struggling with confusion. 

Zane emphasized that the key to success lies in focusing on the actual workout rather than endlessly discussing and analyzing it. He highlighted the fact that knowing why something works is not as important as knowing how to execute it properly.
