Michal Krizo Krizanek won the 2022 Amateur, Mr. Olympia, and that was when he rose to fame in the world of bodybuilding. Following his inaugural victory, he also won the EVLS Prague Pro and got an invitation to the 2022 Mr. Olympia championship. He managed to garner a huge fanbase because of his exceptional size and shape.

Elite bodybuilders like the 4X Mr. Olympia champion Jay Cutler and a lot others believe the Krizo is one of the best bodybuilders at this age. Well, apart from his dedication towards the sport, he is also famous for his sarcasm, which at times is thrown so seriously that it scares the fans. The recent one was somewhat similar.

The Slovakian beast, who is known for his 24-inch monstrous biceps, recently took to his official YouTube channel, @krizoyoutube, and shared a shorts video, that he had captioned as, “Krizo QUITS Mr Olympia prep?” The video has him talking about his food choices while he is on his prep days.

When he is asked about what he ate the last day, he says, “What did I eat yesterday double hamburger with bacon and an amazing dressing, quark cake, and also potato dumplings with poppy seed enough for me.” Although it was not his food choices that made the fitness community panic, it was what he chose to say next.

As the video gradually progressed, Krizo was asked whether his prep for Mr. Olympia was over or not. To this, he replied, “We’re done, i quit, it’s over, see you next year.” This was the classic Krizo sarcasm, but it sent panic waves all over the internet.
