Seven times Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger continues to inspire countless individuals with the legacy he created back in the day in the realm of bodybuilding. Despite his retirement from the sport decades ago, he still remains a prominent name in the fitness and bodybuilding sphere. However, even outside the bodybuilding arena, Schwarzenegger maintains a good reputation in the world of football as well. Thanks to a prediction that came true 23 years ago, fans still can’t get over the ‘Monday night miracle.’

But what is the ‘Monday Night Miracle?’ Well, let’s take a look at the insane prediction as ‘The Austrian Oak’ wrote a short justification about the ‘miracle’ on his social media account.

Back in the year 2000, the Miami Dolphins were playing against the New York Jets. The fans were leaving the stadium sadly, as their beloved Jets was being brutally bashed by Miami. Despite being down by 23 points, Schwarzenegger was probably the only one who believed that the Jets could win the bout. Al Michaels, the then voice of Monday Night Football on ABC invited Schwarzenegger to the booth. This is when ‘Arnie’ stated, “Oh, the Jets will win this game.” While it was being perceived as a crazy statement by most, the miracle did happen a short while ago.

Years after this unreal incident took place, the New York Jets recently posted about the same on their social media. The video saw Schwarzenegger clearly saying, “Wayne Chrebet is going to pull it off. I think as usual the Jets are going to come from behind, you will see… I think the Dolphins have to be terminated.”

As the Jets posted the same on their X feed, Schwarzenegger was quick to reply to this. Reposting the same while using a ‘Terminator’ reference, Schwarzenegger wrote, “Don’t forget, I come from the future. Apologies to the @nyjets for predicting @AustinEkeler’s big run on the ManningCast.”
