Taking to Instagram, Hendrickson posted a video of himself posing in front of the camera. In the caption, he wrote about how much time and effort a bodybuilder should put into building up their potential through precise poses. He penned, “You have to be ready for any situation“, and added that one might have to hold their poses on stage for the judges to test their conditioning.

Moreover, as a guide to direct amateur and aspiring bodybuilders, Hendrickson mentioned how one should practice their poses before a competition. He thus stated, “If you’re not practicing your posing everyday at least 6 weeks out, don’t even waste your time…”

Brandon Hendrickson, to limit such intentions, said, “A lot of guys training hard for the camera, for the video and getting injured. I have seen it so many times guys running their career because they wanna show off in a gym and look crazy amount of weight you notice my weight is not ever crazy.” He thus suggested how one should train for themselves instead of the camera.
