Doucette does not think twice before calling out the unfair or shady aspects of fitness and reveals the truth to his followers. He is also on a mission to call out all veterans who use steroids to enhance their builds. He also insists that the natural or ?natty? is the only proper way of being in the fitness world.

In this context, he shared a recent YouTube video and a snippet of that on Instagram where he questions Shizzy Twizzy. Doucette claims that Shizzy is not natural and uses steroids to bulk up. He even linked the whole YouTube video on this in the comments.

The post captioned, ?Shizzy Twizzy On And Off Cycle!? talks about how Greg thinks that Shizzy Taff, an ex-US Army, and bodybuilder, uses steroids before a natural competition. Without any filter, Doucette says, ?I don?t believe this guy is a natural. He is preparing to do a natural bodybuilding competition. But in the last 24 days look at the change in physique. He is small then big what you are gonna see is that he will get small and big yet again.?

So, Doucette concluded that Shizzy might be using steroids from the drastic physique changes he went through in the last 24 days of going into the competitions. Greg admitted in the YouTube video that Shizzy has an amazing physique. Doucette compared Pattycakesfit who admits to using steroids, and Twizzy, who says he is a natty.

At first glance, even the IFBB pro coach admitted that there were no obvious signs of using steroids, which are generally acne, gynecomastia, and puffy faces. After he digs deeper, Greg takes up a post 5 years ago and compares it to Twizzy?s 27-year-old body. During 24 days in quarantine for COVID, there was a huge transition and fluctuation in his physique. Natural bodybuilders have a steady gain rather than fluctuation.?

Performance-enhancing drugs cause a huge fluctuation in weight. Doucette does not accuse him but is suspicious of him using steroids. However, Greg is not the only one who calls out people, he was also the target of other bodybuilders for not being 100% natty.

As per the throwback pictures the 47-year-old athlete?s body appeared to be jacked and highlighted his muscles vividly. Doucette mentioned in the caption that it was a result of two decades of training and amazing genetics.??21 yrs of training natty with great genetics and Training Harder That# Last Time. 31 yrs old (that’s right started at 10!!? the caption read. However, the fans did not completely believe him and were not convinced that he was natty.

Some fans were quick to point out that he might have used SARMS, but it was just speculation. The authenticity of athletes being ?natty? has become questionable in the present times. While Doucette?s truth is yet to be known, he however does a great job in debunking steroid lies through logic.
