Frank Zane posted a picture of his old photographs taken when he was in the prime of his career. All the pictures showed his incredible physique and flawless muscle striations. He gained the Greek God body with perfect precision and trial and error with his experimental methods of exercising. He captioned the post saying, “If you are concerned about how you look, then don’t become obsessed with gaining weight quickly.”

He also added, “Quality muscle takes time to develop and can’t be fairly judged by what a scale reads. It’s all about how you look and to learn this and improve you need to take photos.” He has always stressed the fact that photographs and seeing one’s progress through regular photos are more important than measuring oneself on the scale and seeing the weight.
