In the Milos Sarcev-shared video, Haney begins by saying, “If you can get your legs to think that you use an 8 million LBS and you only use a 500 or 300, then that’s great.” Lee means that the legs can be tricked into thinking that you are using more weight to train than you actually are.

Haney further explained the reason behind it and said,?“Because the leg doesn?t recognize how much weight you?re using. It only recognizes the feel. And if it feels heavy, then the response is going to be growth.”

Lee also talked about the exercises bodybuilders need to do to have massive legs. He said,?”Leg extensions, leg presses, squats number 3, guess what? You don?t have to use 8 million pounds.”?Also,?Haney has previously spoken about different exercises as well as how he had the determination for rigorous workouts.

Haney talks about the importance of time and patience in bodybuilding

As per the YouTube video, the 63-year-old athlete told his audience an important piece of advice. He talked about the?significance of time and perseverance?and said,?”It takes time to build a masterpiece.”?Haney mentioned that proper exercise and proper determination go hand in hand.

He also stated that nothing is achieved in one day, reminding his fans about the role of patience. The legend?s tricks for leg exercises and wisdom about the time and patience it takes to create a masterpiece are certainly useful for fitness enthusiasts.
