Kali Muscle has faced a lot of turmoil even in his successful career as a bodybuilding pro. The social media star and?bodybuilding?enthusiast had a heart attack two years ago due to his steroid usage. Unlike some other bodybuilders, he does not hide his journey to recovery from cardiac arrest or his steroid usage. He openly talks about it and makes other people aware of the consequences.

After going through the near-fatal experience, Muscle switched to a detox diet consisting only of watermelon. Even when he fainted once during the diet, he finished it, and the process gave him good results. Now the bodybuilder is an advocate for good diets that primarily include fruits. He recently gave an important tip on eating fruits to his fans.

In a new short YouTube video from his channel, the fitness influencer with over 3.2 million subscribers shared important advice on eating superfoods. He talked about five fruits that can cleanse the body of different toxins and hit different areas of the body to cure any problems.

Muscle was inside the supermarket doing his daily shopping for food when he went into the fruit aisle and started picking the fruits needed to detox the body. While picking out the grapes, he also explained the benefits gained from it, ?See the grape, cleaning out your lymphatic system.? Muscle also gave a simple answer to the age-old concern that every person has. He also added, ?Anything that irritates the system, gives you gas, or messes up your stomach and bowels, you?re not supposed to eat.?

Then the 48-year-old went on to pick up key limes and talk about their benefits; he stated, ?So key limes clean out all of the mucus and all that and get your immune system fired up.? The other superfoods included sea moss, a box of what looked like pumpkin seeds, and seeded watermelon juice. Muscle shared his journey to fitness after the heart attack with his fans and did not hide anything. The man who found bodybuilding in jail had earlier shared the story of his transformation.

During his jail time in the past, he had an unhealthy diet of ramen noodles and other junk food. However, he also found interest in weight training and started bodybuilding. Muscle often regrets what he has done in the past, but now he is trying to rectify all of it.

The fruitarian bodybuilder uploaded a YouTube video previously titled ?Why I Had to Lose All My Muscle.? He discussed his past and present food choices, saying, ?I?m down. You lost that water weight, man. It?s wild. I could eat a breadstick and gain 10 lbs. You know what I mean.. once your body is used to just low sodium and low sugar and you have one bite, that?s what people say?just one meal, one meal could ruin you, man. We?re back on money and muscle, man.” The bodybuilder has changed his lifestyle and advocates for a better one to teach the youngsters to not commit the same mistakes he did.
