Joey Swoll always voices his opinions when it comes to calling out the toxicity culture in the gym. He often teaches moral lessons to people about how one should behave in society. However, inappropriate acts continue to happen nearly every day. 

Recently, the bodybuilding icon lambasted a social media user for clicking a nude pic of an elderly man in the gym restroom. This user posted the nude photo on his Instagram account, making fun of the old man. Infuriated by this foolish act, Swoll could not hold back his emotions and called it “disgusting and illegal”.

Calling out this act, he said, “There is nothing funny about doing this to someone. It’s disgusting and illegal.” He added, “I can’t believe that someone would think it’s okay to take a photo of someone nude in a locker room and post it to social media like this.” He continued further by saying, “I had to cover this man up in the background as he was completely naked. There is nothing funny about this. This is disrespectful.”

Swoll revealed that he had to cover this man up in the background as he was completely naked. Asking the person to mind his own business, he said, “There is nothing funny about this. This is disrespectful.” This isn’t the first time Swoll had to take to social media to express his frustration at inappropriate behavior in the gym.

Earlier he had called out a woman for disrespecting and making fun of a gym cleaner.

“Be a human being”: Swoll stands up for gym staff

Swoll had taken to his Instagram account to share a video of a woman who was working out in the gym and stopping the cleaning staff from doing their job. She mocked the cleaner in her Instagram post with a caption, “Y’all remember the cleaning lady lmao I can’t make this up.” Swoll did not let this pass. 

His anger became evident when he said, “I’m sick and tired of seeing the cleaning staff be disrespected in gyms and treated this way. They deserve nothing but our appreciation and respect.” When people forget their moral values in the gym, Swoll often takes an opportunity to teach them a lesson. What’s your take on it?
