The 49-year-old bodybuilder shared a TikTok video where he was replying to queries regarding his diet. While answering a question, ”What is the best food for mass? Protein or carbohydrate?” he stated that he heavily relied on red meat for building his body mass.

Definitely. When I was trying to mass up, I would eat a little more red meat, sometimes like four times a day when I first started training,” he said in the video. While speaking about the carbs, his go-to food was pasta. He stated that it is the best carbohydrate to consider for bulking up.

I ate a lot of pasta when I was trying to put on mass and luckily I didn’t put on a ton of sap,” he added. He used to also have white potatoes and rice as a part of his diet. Cutler was more concerned about gaining mass than how the food tasted. His plate would be filled with a pound of fish or meat apart from potatoes and rice, balancing the carbs and proteins. To complete the dense food platter, the bodybuilder used to take 45 minutes.
