In the world of bodybuilding, many bodybuilders and fitness influencers often set an unreachable goal. To accomplish their targets, they might not consider their capacities and circumstances. They also take assistance in order to sculpt their bodies, which in turn affects their health in the long run. Larry Wheels, who is known to have been going through some medical difficulties, has become the talk of the town again. Let us look at what an IFBB coach has to say to him.
Larry Wheels has already made an impact in the bodybuilding world by winning the Overall Classic Physique at the 2023 NPC Ultimate Warriors. And now, when he is only one week away from another competition, IFBB coach Greg Doucette, sends him a concerned warning message. The 28-year-old bodybuilding star’s health condition hasn’t been in its best form and hence the advice given to him might actually have some base.

In his latest YouTube video titled, “Larry Wheels Isn’t Ready”, Greg Doucette focused primarily on Larry Wheels’ present circumstances and how straining himself might actually go badly for Wheels. He stated early in the video, “Larry is about one week out from a bodybuilding competition. This is when you’re at your worst. You have the less energy, the most susceptible to injury, and so you have to be careful.“
Furthermore, Doucette also mentions what are the things that Wheels must avoid. The coach shared his concerns pretty openly. He also suggested, “You can’t push heavy weights. You need to lift lighter than last time. The last thing you want to do is get hurt after months and months of dieting, cardio, and so please be careful. Larry, do not get injured.”
Wheels has previously talked about the deterioration of his health after PED use. Now, he opened up about one such instance, which left him with mental health issues.
