There’s this funny American stand-up comedian who is not only about jokes but has gotten into the world of sports too. He often shows up on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, hosted by his friend and UFC commentator Joe Rogan.

Besides, his growing interest in fitness once landed him in a workout session with the legend Arnold Schwarzenegger. Not only that, he has had discussions about appearing ripped with other athletes like Tony Hawk.

The comedian also gained popularity among the fitness community with the premiere of his latest Netflix venture, The Machine. Now, a video in which he is bench-pressing heavy weights surfaced on the Internet.?

Bert Kreischer pumps iron?

Earlier this month, the 50-year-old stand-up comedian Bert Kreischer appeared on the Hawk vs Wolf podcast. During the podcast hosted by skateboarding mogul Tony Hawk and Jason Ellis, Kreischer claimed to be somewhat ripped. This did not convince the hosts, leading up to an amusing discussion. Following up on that, the stand-up comedian recently shared a video of him powering through an intense workout session.

Despite being over 200 lbs, Kreischer flexed his lifting skills as he bench-pressed a whopping 225 lbs for 10 rep counts. The snippet was posted on his YouTube channel, validating his claims of being physically shredded. Instead of struggling to finish the reps, Kreischer rather impressively aced the workout.?

However, when discussing his potential in the podcast with Hawk and Ellis, the hosts marked it as an exaggeration. ?All your friends say that you?re lying,? they said in the podcast. All three of them had a good laugh. However, the recent video was evidence of his aforementioned claims.?

Jokes apart, Kreischer asserted in the Tony vs Wolf podcast that he could ace 50 push-ups ?easy peasy?. This left the hosts laughing their hearts out, as they were not convinced.?

Moreover, the comedian had once also challenged ripped Joe Rogan to a push-up contest. This was during his detoxifying retreat ?Sober-October’ last year. While Kreischer?s fitness skills might be in question, his humor has always been on point.?
