The bodybuilding icon recently posted a video on Instagram. Despite undergoing elbow surgery, Schwarzenegger hasn’t stopped his daily social media activity. However, his video shocked the world, as the 76-year-old filmed the video inside Gold’s Gym. Despite undergoing his surgery a little more than two weeks ago, Schwarzenegger filmed himself pumping iron at the gym.

“Comebacks are a part of life. I was pumped to get back into the gym after my little elbow surgery,”?the 76-year-old fitness icon wrote in the post’s caption. The seven-time Mr. Olympia’s vigor was evident in the video as he showed off his bruised arm by pulling down the sleeve. Arnie described his health issues as?“a little nerve situation”?that required surgery.
“The doctor said that I can go back to working out. To take it easy,”?Arnie said in the video. The Austrian Oak lived up to his nickname yet again as he showed a thumbs-up to the camera in between sets of shoulder presses.?“Nothing can stop me,”?said the bodybuilding icon. He showed similar resilience after his 2018 surgery.
