Cutler revealed that he has been facing back injuries in the recent past. These injuries could have easily become excuses for him to avoid intense workouts and to take a step back from his fitness journey. However, Cutler’s determination and passion for bodybuilding surpass any obstacles that come his way.
In the video posted on his TikTok, Cutler detailed the intense back workout regime he followed despite his back injuries. The exercises included the hammer pull-down, T-bar, close-grip seated row, and other similar exercises known for targeting the back muscles effectively.
Cutler acknowledged that although his back injuries and problems have mostly healed, he still experiences difficulties while performing the T-bar exercise. “As you guys know, I had some back problems a few weeks ago, but I am actually healed about now,” he said. Nevertheless, he refused to let his injury hinder his training and pushed through the discomfort. However, the bodybuilding veteran has seen many much more severe injuries in his career.
