Danyluk is consistently trying to influence his followers to have a more positive outlook when it comes to working out. The first and foremost reason he believes one should work out is to feel good. The endorphins which are released in the body after an intense workout session will make one feel better. “Endorphins which I believe set you up for success in every aspect of your life,” says the fitness coach in the video.

He complains that many people hit the gym to become more toned and attractive. However, Danyluk argued there is a plethora of other dimensions which are positively affected after a good workout session. “Most people work out just to look good but ultimately it’s so much more important than that, there are so many reasons why you should work out other than for body image purposes,” he wrote in the caption.

He also emphasized the mental well-being that is associated with a regular gym session. Reflecting on the stats, the ex-Love Island celebrity points out the societal pressure that is causing mental health ailments in the younger generation.

Mixed race and overweight had become the reasons for the constant bullying that Anton Danyluk endured as a child. After his mom’s push, he joined a gym and worked on his physique. But that didn’t stop him from getting bullied as a young man. He was trolled after his stint at Love Island, in 2019.

His bodybuilding career also made him feel wrecked. “I was into bodybuilding, and it was the worst I ever felt in terms of I was always seeking perfection,” he said on Good Morning Britain. So he started out as a fitness influencer spreading body positivity.
