“What is the ultimate cardio that I’m following? Now I’m doing a majority of different types of cardio. So I do the step mill. I think that’s always my go-to to get the heart rate up. I focus on bike, sit down bike, mostly. I’m doing the treadmill and I’m doing the elliptical. Remember I have all these things at home. Although I like to do some after gym after training,”?Cutler said.?
Explaining further about the benefits of regular cardio, Cutler added,?“That cardio is going to kick in that metabolism, gonna allow me to eat a little more and lean out.”
