7X Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger has won countless hearts and inspired millions of people globally to start their fitness journey. Despite being at the age of 76 years old, Schwarzenegger makes sure to train regularly and follow a strict diet. The bodybuilding veteran has been training since his teenage years and has all the knowledge and experience required to help others.

Ever since his retirement from the sport, Schwarzenegger has been trying on different ventures. In an attempt to help his viewers and fans, Schwarzenegger started a fitness newsletter, Arnold’s Pump Club, earlier known as Pump Daily, on Jan 1, 2023. While the community founded by Arnold has already crossed a whopping 550,000+ members, it is also proving to be beneficial for the members as they open up about their experience being a member of Arnold’s fitness community.

Winning on the greatest stage of bodybuilding seven times is not an easy feat for sure. It took immense discipline and determination on Arnold’s part to become a Mr. Olympia. While the life of a normal gym rat might not be as difficult as that of a professional bodybuilder, it is still important to come out of your comfort zone to bring a change. And those who do reap its benefits too. Despite the experts telling Schwarzenegger and his team, they’d “need to learn how to advertise to grow. We haven’t spent a dime!,” Schwarzenegger disclosed.

In his recent Instagram post, Schwarzenegger posted an image from his prime bodybuilding days where he could be seen guiding a lifter about the right form for doing a barbell curl. Along with the image were heartfelt messages that he had received from his fans. While the fans were more than thankful to Schwarzenegger for helping them in their fitness journey, Arnold also expressed his emotions in the caption of the post.

Schwarzenegger’s caption read, “I love reading the messages from Arnold’s Pump Club. We are all here to lift each other up. Join our village (it is free) at the link in my bio. Swipe to see what the positive corner of the internet is all about.” Using the opportunity, he insisted others join the community as well.
