In his latest Instagram post, Mark Wahlberg shared a video of him intensely working out. As he appears in the video, the camera focuses on the precise cuts and sculpted physique that flexes every time he lifts the dumbbells. In the video he stated, “After Wahlberg week, we’re trying to take this s**t to another level… right everybody, let’s go.

Furthermore, in the caption of his Instagram post, he remarked while motivating all his fans that they must go on. He pronounced, “Some days you just don?t want to do it, but you always feel better after!!! Inspired to be better!!”

In his interview with The Daily Telegraph, Mark Wahlberg had once shared how his fitness plan curated for a range of ages, helped many people achieve their desired goals. He shared one such success story where his client had been able to reduce their body fat percentage from 20% to only 4%. He remarked, “You can?t deny results!! FACTS My big bro is putting in the work.”
