As per the interview shared on Friday, the 48-year-old artist candidly chatted about his life and career. Showing a picture of him standing in front of his juvenile facility, he was asked about his shredded frame at that time. The catch was his six-pack abs and chiseled frame as a teenager.
Hence, the artist recalled that it was crucial for him to look like that to survive in the facility. “If they look at you like you might be a hard time, they might not want to have the altercation,”?he said. A robust frame helped him stay away from fights and disputes in the juvenile detention center. Furthermore, when asked what his regimen was at that time, the In Da Club singer claimed it was nothing special.
Jackson recalled,?“It was a cookout. I was eating like burgers and Franks and stuff like that? I didn’t have like an extremely healthy regimen, this is such the young girl part of my life.”?He disclosed that he was not mindful of what he was eating, but rather 50 Cent focused on being active. However, later in his life, he had to gain weight for a movie role and ended up being the biggest he’d ever been in his life.

Revealing additional details of his transformations over the years, the singer-turned-producer shared that after his six-pack abs phase, he became bigger. The “biggest” he has ever been, in fact. Working for the 2020 movie? For Life,?the $40 million worth singer had to portray a bulky character. Thus, he was lifting heavier weights and eating more.
“I got the biggest point I was, I was like 235. The physical training at that part and the supplements and stuff that I was taking got me to the biggest point,”?50 Cent noted. He admitted to looking quite muscular and fit at that time, with a weight of 235 lbs.
