In his latest short video, he said “Please do not run away from the heavier weights”, he also added, “But keep some range at least for the first exercise around six to eight and go heavy for that rep range”, He urged fitness enthusiasts not to shy away from lifting heavier weights, clarifying that he wasn’t advocating for extreme singles or maximal lifts.
