Jay Cutler, a.k.a “Quad Stomp Poser” is vaguely a Demigod in the realm of bodybuilding. In today’s expeditious world, where folks are seeking solace with instant results, hitting the gym to become healthy is as rugged as bending backward. In a recent installment of Jay Cutler’s Cutler club newsletter, the 4x Mr. Olympia talks about arms training.

Though he does not have a soft spot for arms training, nevertheless, Cutler goes on to explain eight different arm training exercises to his 734k subscribers via his newsletter. Besides, Jay Cutler’s high-volume arm workout, he has pioneered, 12 weeks transformation challenge prior to the Mr. Olympia championship in 2023. Moreover, Cutler broaches the transformation challenge as “Fit for 50.”

Nevertheless, after Cutler retired from the realm of bodybuilding, he still perpetuates the discipline meticulously by diligently taking care of his workout regimen. Therefore, he posts videos, blogs, and vlogs on social media to back young bodybuilders to develop their muscle strength. He quotes, “I know most people love it and they count down the days until they get to hit arms again, but for me it’s just something I have to get done, rather than finding any level of enjoyment from it.

 Jay Cutler orates the significance of eight arm strength training exercises, including rope pushdown, close grip bench press with pause, seated upright bilateral overhead dumbbell extension, barbell curls, straight bar pushdowns, alternating hammer curls, spider curls, and seated bilateral dumbbell curve. Polishing off his best body shape since retirement, the 4x victor of the Sandow trophy is on a voyage to edify and upskill fellow bodybuilders with his exceptional experience.

Cutler posts a short clip on YouTube evoking how to build triceps, “The Tricep builder is a French press, most people do it with standard bar, and cambered bar. Though I am going to do this exercise with dumbbells. We’re going to do the two-arm French press with dumbbells and I am gonna focus on 12 reps. It’s an awesome way to build inner triceps.

Building the most insane arms with Jay Cutler 

The 4x Mr. Olympia, with 22.5-inch arms, goes on to demonstrate the recipe through which novice bodybuilders can build the most epic and insane arms. The top three idiosyncratic exercises to put in place are the Hammer curl, the Dumbbell curl, and the barbell curl.

However, as Cutler quotes in his YouTube shot, “For triceps, the best exercises are the dips, rope press downs which give great contraction, and lastly the French overhead press.” Along with transforming his own physique, Jay Cutler is pitching in for others, backing them to achieve their health goals.
