In the realms of bodybuilding, where it takes years to sculpt a perfectly conditioned body, it takes seconds for an accident to occur and get you down. Well, something very similar happened with Lee Priest, also known as The Blonde Myth, when he tore his biceps and pecs and to think of how it happened is astonishing.
It was neither exercise nor heavy weights that caused the injury for the Blonde Myth. Instead, it was his dogs! In 2022, Lee Priest was walking his dogs in the park, both having a combined weight of 230 lbs. Suddenly, his dogs pulled the leash that he was carrying, and he started having an ache in his heart. Later on, it was discovered that Priest had a biceps and pec tear of 5cm. However, in recent events, a picture of The Blonde Myth flexing his arms is all over the internet.
