The world of bodybuilding might not get over the fact that the community has lost one of its gems. In the year of 2017, one of the legendary bodybuilders Rich Piana passed away. His demise is still a shock for many. However, A year earlier before he died, he collaborated with the world’s strongest man and the Game Of Thrones Fame Hafthor Bjornsson aka the Giant.
Both the legends met at the mecca of bodybuilding Gold’s Gym. Piana took this to his YouTube channel and shared a video of their workout regimes. However, from that video, one short clip is going viral now.

In that viral short clip shared on Instagram NoBrokieBusiness, the bodybuilding giant met with the Mountain while communicating, he expressed his feelings of being anxious to train with, the 400lbs strongman.

The bodybuilding hulk, said, “So we are at Gold’s Venice”, he further added, “We’re going to Train I get the honor to train with one of the strongest men in the entire f**ng world so little f**ng nervous”. He described being uneasy with a wide smile and then went to the gym and they started their routine with lat pull-down.
He illustrated that when you lift too much weight through triceps exercises, you might feel strain in your abs and core. If it happens lower your weights and focus to avoid overloading your triceps it will help you to prevent injuries.

They followed Piana’s arm exercise
After doing lat pull-downs, they moved to the free weights area. they both did biceps hammer curls. Piana did reps alternatively. For their workout session, they used machines for preacher curls to target specifically their biceps.
Their training session, which was tough and intense, was impressive to watch as these two muscular guys trained together. Their focus was mainly on the triceps and biceps. The late bodybuilder’s 23.5-inch arms were a well-known fact, making it obvious.
He is not with us, but he left his legacy behind him and people are still following in his footsteps to achieve the giant forearms.
